Do I need an app first?

No. Upload, publish and manage from your mobile browser.

Can I leave only WeChat?

Yes. Phone/WhatsApp or email can also help buyers. Login email is separate from public contact choices.

Can I edit the price or take it down later?

Yes. My listings lets you edit price, photos and contacts, pause display or mark sold.

Will it sync to other property portals?

No. Sharing creates this platform’s listing link and poster, not a connection to Property Finder, Bayut or other portals.

Does the owner label mean ownership is verified?

No. Role is self-declared. Ownership, authority and advertising details require separate city-specific verification.
