Accounts and listings

Login email, securely hashed password data and session state identify the account and protect listing management. Your login email is not automatically made public on listings.

Public contact details

Publishers choose the email, phone/WhatsApp and WeChat details displayed on each listing. Visitors can read public details. Provide only information you are authorised to publish.

Drafts, photos and information

Unsubmitted drafts stay on the current device. Submitted listings and photos are stored with the website hosting service for display and management. Do not include full unit numbers, identity documents or contracts in public photos or descriptions.

Management and withdrawal

Sign in to My listings to edit, pause or withdraw a listing. Public information already saved or shared by others may remain on their devices or in search caches.

Account recovery

A recovery code is shown when creating an account. Store it securely. Email and SMS verification are not currently sent, and an email claim is not ownership verification. The recovery code can reset your password.

On-site feedback

The site records listing views, contact-button clicks and enquiries submitted by buyers for the relevant publisher. It does not read calls or external WhatsApp conversations.

External services

WhatsApp, email, official tour and market links open third-party services under their own rules. AI publishing is paused, and this website does not send listing information to AI services.
