Owners and agents may submit listings. Role is self-declared and does not mean the platform has verified ownership, professional credentials, authority or advertising permits.

Accuracy and authorisation

Publish only information and photos you are authorised to provide. Check city, project, bedrooms, price, contacts and availability. Label developer renders clearly; they are not photos of this unit.

City-specific requirements

Registration, agency and advertising requirements differ between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Confirm the applicable documents before public promotion. Providing a number does not mean official verification by the platform.

Manage listings

Keep availability up to date. Sold, paused or withdrawn properties do not remain in public results. Only the linked account may edit a listing.

Collaboration and sharing

An interest in collaboration does not appoint an agent. The parties separately agree on photos, contacts, fees and authority. Sharing a link or poster is not syndication to other property portals.

Market reference

Asking prices are set by publishers. Transaction references contain records included by their sources. Missing samples are not replaced with invented valuations, growth or return promises.
